Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gizzmolab.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at info@gizzmolab.com. We'll help you process the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gizzmolab.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
